It all started back in 2012, when two brothers sat by the sea, watching a lone sailboat glide across the waves. Something about that quiet, effortless motion captivated us — and from that moment, we were hooked.
By the end of 2014, we had earned our IYT Bareboat Skipper and ICC certificates. In 2015, we chartered our very first monohull — a Hanse 325 — and by 2022, we took on our first catamaran, the Lagoon 380.
Over the past decade, we’ve sailed through some of the most beautiful waters:
- The Saronic, Argolic & Athens gulfs,
- The Ionian Sea, Cyclades, Dodecanese, Sporades (Greece),
- The Lycian coast of Turkey,
- The English Channel,
- Croatia, the Canary Islands, Balearics, and Sicily.
Some people collect stamps. We collect anchorages, rope burns, and good stories.
At some point, with all the miles behind us and experience under our belts, we realized our journey might be helpful to others — especially those who, like us, are drawn to the magic of sailing.
Sail Bros is our way of sharing what we’ve learned — from practical tips to unforgettable moments. We believe sailing is one of the most accessible and rewarding ways to travel: it’s about discovering new places every day, meeting fascinating people, and embracing the rhythm of the sea.
We’re here to show that you don’t need to be rich or retired to sail.
You just need curiosity, a bit of courage, and a love for adventure. It’s for anyone who wants to explore, disconnect, and see the world from a different perspective — ideally with the wind in their hair and coffee spilling from a slightly tilted mug.
If you're curious about sailing, planning your first charter, or just daydreaming about sunsets on deck — you're in the right place.
